Sorry to see only one comment... I like this brief view into how to implement change for the causes you care about. I don't know anything about this organization, just saw the title and wanted to hear it. At 3+ minutes, it didn't require a huge investment of time. The four sections to work on a change plan are good for me to know. Glad to find this online. I may try to look for other videos on the topic. If you already made some, add links for me to check out. A very interesting and powerful point. It would be great to hear more from the users of projects - information provided is very sketchy and as Sisonke suggests, limited to what the fundraiser is advised is "effective". One feels a nuisance getting in the way of important resource use by asking further questions. Perhaps more thought could be given to providing the people on the ground with materials, whether mobile phones or even postal access, if they would like to tell their story to those at the other end of the earth, especially now that we all share the same fate and challenges so immediately, in terms of climate change and such issues as loss of water availability and soil fertility.
